Odoo Consultant (Contract)

• 30–40 hours per week
• Initial 6-month contract (strong potential to extend)
• U.S.-based client | Remote

We’re working with a medical device manufacturing business that’s live on Odoo and looking to bring in a senior consultant to optimise and take ownership of the system.

Core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing) are in place, but require improvement, alongside a broader opportunity to enhance CRM, sales workflows, and overall system performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Improving Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes
• Optimising CRM and lead-to-order workflows
• Enhancing reporting, automation, and data visibility
• Reviewing integrations and overall system performance
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the system

What they’re looking for:

• Strong Odoo experience (functional + technical ideal)
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
• Background in post-implementation optimisation
• Ability to work directly with finance and leadership teams
